To be eligible for one of our customer (personal) accounts, you must not be incorporated and acting on behalf of a business. For WatchWise Marketplace business accounts, please apply for a retailer account here. Business owners and operators of business accounts may hold personal accounts in a private capacity, though should not be acting on behalf of a corporate or business entity when conducting themselves in that capacity on the platform.

All accounts and account access privileges are subject to authorisation and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Watch Listing Information and prices are correct at the time of publishing which can be subject to change due to terms, discounts or promotions.

All data from watch listings are supplied by our site users and is subject to change. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in user data, though do thoroughly vet, as much as practical, listings in line with our policies.

Watch retailer accounts; failure to maintain any due payments may, following our correspondence, result in the termination of your account and account access privileges.

Please be aware that contracts are completed only upon completion of the transaction – The transaction will be completed only once the funds for the watch have been deposited to the sellers nominated bank account. WatchWise Marketplace are not responsible for inaccurate listings and availability. WatchWise can only serve to inform and assist with listings. It is up to the seller to remove the item from sale, if the watch has sold outside of the platform.

Both our Retail Partners and Private Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of information in their watch listings. It is up to the retailer to acquire such information from the seller which may be relevant to the watch that fulfils any due diligence process, as much as is practical, prior to organising dispatch of the item for inspection by the retailer.

Our commission/fees are satisfied by us retaining the due amount prior to pay-out to the seller of the watch. Our retail partners will be invoiced separately for the transaction and paid within 7 days of issue.
